When I wake up every morning my personal mission is to complete two objectives with every customer I meet.
1. To provide them with the vehicle they want.
2. To have them leave with a smile.
The reasoning, is that I want to make my time spent as a sales professional purposeful.
I want to feel accomplished by the end of the day that my expertise served my community well and that with each interaction, we make a connection.
I have come to find out how important it is to relinquish the stereotypes of a sales person by just being a person. A human, just like you.
And in doing so, I too know what I would like to experience during my car buying process, which makes me understand why it is imperative to provide an excellent one.
Look, I am not saying you have to choose me when buying your next vehicle, but if you do, just know you will get the vehicle you want and you will leave with a smile!
